About Blue Cow Games Our aim is to delight children and families with fun educational Android apps for preschool kids. Blue Cow Games was originally created by Fraser Hay for his children. Leah's Farm Paint and Play was developed for daughter Leah, while Transport Dot to Dot was inspired by son Thomas. Leah's Farm Paint and Play won ‘Best App to Replace Pen and Paper’ in the Intel AppUp Developer Challenge of 2010.
